Shrimp

Instructions

Shrimp

Yogurt and coleslaw with garlic and cilantro

  1. Prepare the Garlic Cilantro Yogurt first by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stirring to combine. Season as desired. Add the shredded cabbage, green onion and cilantro to the yogurt and toss to combine.

Shrimp

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of water to loosen some of the sauce and fry until cooked through, about 2-3 more minutes.

Assemble tacos

  1. Add coleslaw to the tortillas, top with shrimp, optional avocado, cheese, and a highly recommended lime juice!

Storage

  1. Best fresh, but tacos can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for two days or frozen.
